SMCA, South Mumbai Chess Academy was founded by Mr Balaji Guttula & Mr Durga Nagesh Guttula in 1996 to educate and train students who wish to excel in chess. SMCA is India's best Chess Academy also has chess academies in Pune, Hyderabad, Rajahmundry & Bangalore Quality Coaching at SMCA is carried out by professional mentors who provide competent coaching techniques, use of point system, positive environment which are essential requisites to create genius in chess, before the students enter the tournaments. SMCA not only participates in Quality coaching but bears down on motivating the kids through interesting coaching manuals, thus helping in conscious awareness of this game. For each trophy, the children win at SMCA, confidence and happiness come in as a reward for them.
